As Commercial Property Agents specialising in Business Transfer, the Rawlings name was originally established in 1950 by Mr Ronald Rawlings who founded the business in Guildford, Surrey, and then moved the firm to Godalming, Surrey, in the early 1960’s.

Our present Managing Director, Richard Rawlings, joined the family firm in 1977 and under his guidance the Business Transfer Agency continued much in the same vein until 1996 when a merger was undertaken to combine all property activities with the now parent Company, Rawlings Commercial Limited.

After 60 years and up to 2012 and beyond, the Business Transfer Agency continues to trade under the name of Rawlings & Company.
